About Elaina Christina

How often does one get the opportunity to make their dreams come true? Truth be told, everyday is an opportunity. Elaina lives by this. She is a young woman on a daily mission to see her goals surpassed as well as make her dreams reality. Modeling has quickly become Elaina's personal artistic display of emotion. She has been modeling for a little over a year now, and says that she has "completely fallen in love with the beauty a camera lens and facial and/or body expression can create". Art has been Elaina's main priority since before she can remember. She always used art to vent when there was no one around to listen. She figured if she painted a picture of how she felt, someone would eventually feel her heart through her brush strokes. "Being able to see the symmetry and feeling in photography is just as addicting as the paint strokes of the most serene scene on a canvas to me", She says. Read More »

Modeling” can be viewed and disected in so many different ways. I remember when I first started modeling, over a year and a half ago…I had no idea what to do in front of that camera. I would switch from pose to pose between flashes, hoping it looked okay. I literally looked like a deer in headlights. A few different photographers tried to play music to help me loosin up, but I was too shy and embarassed to really let myelf go. Today, when I walk on set to a shoot, I’m ready to kill it. Only time and repetition broke the ice that kept me so frigid in front of the camera. I truely beleive modeling should be a movement caused my a specific emotion. “Posing” is overrated. I say, If you really want to get some killer images…or killer results in ANYTHING,  move for em’! Never be afraid to look like an idiot, in front of the camera or not. What I’m saying applies to just about any feat you may be trying to over come in life.  Only time and repetition can ensure accuracy in acheiving your goals. And through those times, and during those repeated tries, break the mold each and every time.
